Supervisor - Transfer Agency

Do you have transfer agency experience, and are you seeking a new hybrid job in Singapore? Apex Group is looking for a Supervisor, and the hybrid role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.
As a Transfer Agency Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the fund allocated and will strive to be a one-point contact with the Investment Manager and investors. You will train staff on processing investor-related transactions and supervise, and review tasks performed by staff, including subscriptions and redemptions, AML compliance, and payments, and liaise with auditors to ensure the timely completion of audits.
In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

- Assist the Account Manager in setting up new funds, including the review of PPM (Private Placement Memorandum), set up of the fund structure in the system (PAXUS), and assist clients in opening bank accounts
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shareholder trades.
- Assist in maintaining internal controls as per SSAE 16 requirements.
- University degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced IT and computer skills
