Job responsibilities:
Oversee the Club's Addition & Alteration, Repairs & Redecorations, fitting out works to rejuvenate club properties and infrastructure facilities.
- Understand architectural drawings, buildings and renovations plan to prepare project timeline.
- Prepare estimates for repairs work using SOR, work specifications, invitation for quotations, supervision of work, review and analyses stages of progressive payments.
- Provide progressive project updates and detailed reports to the management and committee on project progress to meet completion timeline.
- Ensure compliance of all safety equipment, work methods and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate all on-going projects; ensure that all works in progress are in-line with the proposed work schedules, budget and operating expenditure in line with the financial policy.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superior.

Job requirements:

- At least 5 years of related working experience in construction and renovation of recreation clubs.
- Degree / Diploma in Architecture/Building & Construction
- Proven project management skillsand proficient in MS Office.
- Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Attention to details in preparing the report, conduct project review and create detailed reports
- A team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
