Affiliate Marketing Executive

**Job Description**:
- Developing strategies to increase brand awareness, such as creating promotional campaigns on TikTok
- Developing an affiliate program strategy that will increase sales while maintaining brand integrity
- Creating a structure for tracking the performance of affiliates and new business opportunities for the company
- Source and review for the right ambassador/influencer match for each campaign
- Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Reach out, manage and negotiate with influencers, KOLs, Celebrities, and agencies
- Build long-term relationships with valuable KOLs
- Monitor and steer campaign budgets and make sure set campaign targets are met
- Providing support to affiliates in order to help them promote products effectively through content creation and distribution
- Establishing reporting procedures to measure an affiliate’s performance and provide feedback on how they can improve
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent course of study
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in affiliate marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with KOLs, key partners, and influencers
- Strong interest in social commerce & trends, especially TikTok
- A proactive learner with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset
- Strong ability to think outside the box to develop practical solutions
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and energetic with a passion for succeeding
- Heavy users of TikTok will be an added advantage
- Adaptable and passionate about the fast-paced and challenging nature of the industry and fit into the company‘s culture and working environment
