In the Affiliate Marketing manager role, your main responsibilities will include the acquisition of new affiliates in Asian market, maintaining relationships with the existing affiliates, executing campaigns, and identifying opportunities for growth and partnerships. If you're someone who is a master at achieving goals and deadlines and has a proven track record in affiliate marketing, then we want to hear from you

**Key Points**:

- Location: Remote
- Hours: flexible, full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing affiliate acquisition through research and networking in Asian market
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates through regular contact
- Coming up with new innovative ways and opportunities to work with affiliate partners
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Identifying and developing business strategies and partnership opportunities to improve affiliate program and increase revenue
- Strive for achievements of KPIs, track and report on performance, and propose specific action plans to improve performance
- Demonstrate ability to build strategies to drive revenue for the business
- Deliver results aiming to increase affiliate-generated revenue and the overall number of active affiliates
- Attending top affiliate events to establish and foster business relationships

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in affiliate an marketing role
- Proficient knowledge of English (C1 level)
- The ability to grow the affiliate program in both the number of affiliates as well as partnerships and sponsorships
- Experience in building large affiliate networks would be appreciated
- Understanding of fundamental affiliate acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Solution-driven and data-driven mentality to improve business performance
- Ability to think “outside the box”
- Ability to achieve deadlines and goals on time
- Self-management skills
- “can-do” attitude

Pay: $3,975.08 - $10,859.50 per month
