Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over a million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered.

You will be a valued member of our world class E-commerce Marketing team, where you will be responsible for growing Secretlab’s organic presence globally. You will be managing Secretlab’s global affiliate marketing program, forging partnerships with third-party vendors and leading localization initiatives across non-english speaking markets.

Our E-commerce Marketing team spearheads tactical, strategic and paid initiatives to meet the organization’s goals in driving collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the operations of global affiliate marketing - deliverables management, tracking, and troubleshooting
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing affiliates
- Identify potential affiliates globally
- Assist with weekly reporting of affiliates’ performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Identify opportunities to drive process improvement by initiating and implementing systems/processes as needed
- Structure and negotiate terms on affiliate partnership agreements
