Regional Partner Account Manager (Asia Pacific)

What you’ll achieve
This role is critical in driving the growth of Server Stock and Sell (SNS) business in the Asia Pacific & Japan region. You be hosted under the South Asia Commercial Channel team and will functionally be dotted to the APJ Distribution Lead. You will manage existing channel partners, working to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies and business opportunities.
You will:
- Establish a cadence of the critical success factor of the channel opportunities and country readiness in driving the Server SNS in APJ
- Drive new channel programs and distributor engagement that has an impact to the healthy growth of the Server SNS
- Work closely with the country Distributor PAMs, Country Channel Lead and BU to drive an effective campaign and sell in / sell through strategy
- Responsible for the roll out of Regional specific partner initiatives, working closely with the Controllers on budget allocation and spend tracking.
- Weekly Run The Business call with APJ Distribution channel teams and Business Units.

Essential Requirements
- Min 10 years of Commercial Channel experience
- Good interpersonal skill and ability to manage through influence
- Good communication skill
- Ability to use data to communicate growth area and strategy
- Expect to travel within the region
Desirable Requirements
- Degree / MBA
