About the Role

The role is responsible for assisting the Head of Sales Initiatives with agency business support functions; and responsible for developing workflows for smooth implementation of various agency processes.

Automation and Data Analytics:

- Develop and maintain efficient data workflows using SQL and Alteryx to automate reports end-to-end
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can drive business decisions
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to present data insights in a visually appealing and easily understandable manner
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

Agency Sales Challenges
- Design, develop and execute the tracking of agency sales challenges
- Provide insights and evaluation on Sales challenge effectiveness
- Prepare business proposals and financial projections
- Execute the Sales challenges (e.g. vendor selection/onboarding, drive activities and fulfillment of sales challenges)
- Provide observation and recommendations for justification for all challenges launched

Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field

Specific Skills (Knowledge, skills and competencies/ abilities)
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
- Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools to process and integrate data from disparate sources
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the insurance industry or a strong willingness to learn about it
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
- Proficient communications skills to effectively collaborate with the team and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen skills with analytical curiosity with an eye for detail to make recommendations.
- Self-learner and hands on to trouble shoot and problem solved challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
