**About the job**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops
- High involvement in grooming and planning session, highlighting potential risks to the project
- Process and design technical and business requirements
- Parameterize software/systems, including business modules
- Document the project into systems and processes for management review
- Provide support to SIT and UAT activities including validation of test plans, test strategy, test cases and defect management
- Provide support during cutover and post go-live activities
- Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
- Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission
- Manage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and through mentorship
- Conduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into well formulated solutions

- Participate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation

**About you**:

- Degree holder
- 2-6 years of experience in Temenos Standard Interface and Platform Domain knowledge with proven track record of implementation on Temenos WealthSuite products and offerings
- Demonstrate good knowledge in Temenos WealthSuite Architecture Design, technical/integration topics or integration tool
- Demonstrate good knowledge in any of the Temenos WealthSuite products and associated technologies (TCIB, TTI, TAP Core, TAP GUI, WTX, ODATA, TSL etc.)
- Proven experience in translating requirements from business stakeholders into functional specifications, BRDs or User Stories
- Experience with Agile projects and SDLC, together with the relevant Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e.g JIRA, Confluence)
- Good understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills
