**Yamal Trade Pte Ltd **, a subsidiary of Yamal LNG Joint Venture, is a company incorporated in Singapore which business is linked to Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) produced in Yamal Peninsula (Russia).

**The Junior Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Manager **is to actively support the Supervisor and Marketing team. The incumbent needs to have some technical understanding of an LNG commodity, its transportation, loading and discharge operations of LNG carriers. He/She should have good communication skills in order to pick up and receive information from various sources (including LNG buyers) and present his/her recommendations to the management in best possible and timely manner.

The incumbent should also be capable to work under tight deadlines and pressure.

This position is highly recognised as an important stepping stone to higher management positions and/or to Marketing positions such as in trading structures.

**Job Description
1. Participate and support the LNG Annual Delivery Plan process for Yamal Trade and its LNG Buyers in Europe and in Asia.
- Keep track of Buyer/Seller requests, events, up-to-date deliveries.
- Prepare ADP notices including Annual Statements (reconciliation of contract year deliveries for LNG Buyers).

2. Support the Management of transhipment/reloading facilities in Europe.
- Schedule transhipment operations.
- Support inventory management of the designated storage tank.
- Make timely gas sales nominations and its accounting.
- Prepare and issue invoices for gas sales, upload it into internal reporting tool on a monthly basis.
- Prepare internal report with monthly reconciliation of transhipment activities.
- Verify and approve internally monthly invoices from transhipment facilities operator.

3. Prepare some specific data for the annual business plan with respect to volumes and cargoes to be delivered to each LNG Buyer.

4. Prepare presentation slides/reports for Shareholders and inside the Company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Shipping/Logistics/Engineering or equivalent is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of business experience with exposure to LNG or Oil is an advantage.
- Some technical understanding of loading and discharge operations of LNG and Condensate carriers is an advantage.
- Excellent English written skills & good communication skills preferred.
- Microsoft excel proficiency.
- Self-organized, able to work independently.
- Attentive to details.
