We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Project Manager to join our team at GO. If you have a passion for creating exceptional experiences and a track record of managing successful events, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- **Client Coordination**:Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and operations, to ensure seamless event delivery.
- **Budget Management**:Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality and creativity.
- **Vendor Management**:Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to deliver high-quality event experiences.
- **On-Site Execution**:Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, addressing any issues that arise to ensure a successful outcome.
- **Post-Event Evaluation**:Conduct debriefs with clients and internal teams, analyzing event performance and identifying areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:3-4 years of project management experience in the events industry, preferably with corporate events, team-building activities, or experiential marketing projects.
- **Skills**:Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- **Leadership**:Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- **Adaptability**:Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Tech-Savvy**:Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and event management software is a plus.
