**Job Description Summary**

**About the Role**:

- Provide leadership to the Chiller Systems maintenance team members in providing chiller maintenance, repair and annual shutdowns.
- Manage the team to achieve set targets.
- Keep updated in the latest development in chiller technology and offer advice to the team, practical technical information.
- Recommend, quote and advise internal & external customers on technical & cost matters pertaining to chiller maintenance, repair and annual shutdowns.
- Increase revenue for ACMV mobile team according to company’s plan and direction.
- Sourcing of contractor & supplier.
- Provide technical advice relating to chillers, ACMV systems to site managers when necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required

**About You**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
- Proven experience in chiller system maintenance, repair, and operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of chiller technologies and ACMV systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Proficiency in sourcing contractors and suppliers.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in HVAC systems.
