**1. Role Description
This position reports to the director and interfaces with factory manager and sales manager. **2. Specific Responsibilities
- Digitalize and automate supply chain by identifying suitable program and ERP technology.
- implement digital ERP system
- Review customers’ requirement and analyze materials supply situation.
- Digitalize supply and demand forecast for smarter and efficient purchasing.
- Ensure full materials timely for production.
- Responsible for inventory, liability, excess.
- Run simulation reports upon demand changes upon request by customers, thereafter assess the reports result and advise materials impact.
- Expedite and negotiate with suppliers for urgent requirements.
- Achieve balance between inventory minimization and production line continuity.
- Negotiate and plan incoming freight and cargo
- digitalize warehouse and inventory management system
- Any other duties as assigned.
