Department - ** Marketing**: - Location - ** Singapore**: **Introduction**: **Job Description**: **Campaign Marketing** - To develop and execute 360 marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales from new and currentcustomers to all TANGS stores and e-commerce channels; - End-to-end project management of campaign marketing functions, ensuring that the campaign meets objectives, executes on time; and stays within budget; - Execution includes campaign concept, creative, activations & events, digital marketing, PR, KOL,advertising, communications, more; - Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Social Media, CRM, Merchandising, and E-commerce to execute integrated marketing campaigns that achieve business and brand objectives; - Support and monitor post-campaign tracking and analysis to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI. - Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to retail and promotional trends, consumer trends and creative and design trends. **Communications** - Ownership of the calendar of TANGS communications channels support campaigns and initiatives; - Copywriting for marketing collateral, including e-dms, brochures, OOH, online banners, and more; - Manage external agencies and partners such as design, photographer, PR, events, media, KOL; - Assist to update TANGS campaigns and promotions on landlord’s comms portal; - Work with in-house design team to develop creatives that are in line with TANGS’ brand positioning; - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. **Budget Management** - Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and tracking variances; - Report an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
