**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google (SEM), SEO, and Facebook lead generation platforms.
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva Pro) to support content creation, campaign ideation, and marketing automation.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize for conversions and cost-efficiency.
- Create basic visual and marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
- Manage campaign execution end-to-end: ideation, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Assist in responding to online enquiries and comments related to ongoing campaigns or promotions.
- Stay updated on current trends in marketing, AI tools, and digital campaign best practices.
- Support ad-hoc customer requests related to marketing materials where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (BSU Manager, Department Head, GM, and Management) to ensure alignment of initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1- 2 years of relevant experience preferred (internships or freelance work accepted).
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience using ChatGPT and other AI-based marketing tools is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Canva or similar platforms for basic content creation.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.
- Able to handle ad-hoc requests from both customers and internal teams.
- Organized, resourceful, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen interest in AI-driven and automation-based marketing.
- Strong writing skills for digital and social content.
- Independent and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and grow.
