Work For a Young, Digital Marketing Agency with a lot of room for growth Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive quality traffic and conversions. Create, manage, and refine social media ad campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Develop campaign strategies, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative recommendations. Analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. Reach out to different stakeholders, influencers, to work on collaborations Manage budgets and ensure campaigns achieve ROI and KPIs. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. Handle multiple client campaigns simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines. Stay updated on digital ad trends, platform policies, and emerging technologies. Required Skills: Creative mind Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced agency environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills for client reporting and collaboration. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to optimize campaign performance. Qualifications: Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager is a plus. Experience managing multiple campaigns across various industries is highly valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
