**Job Description**:
**The role**

Reporting to the Group Financial Planning & Reporting Manager, the Finance Associate plays a key role in the coordination and preparation of periodic financial planning and performance activities performed at a Toll Group level, inclusive of Management Reporting. The role is involved in ensuring periodic Group planning and reporting activities are completed to the highest standard and provide maximum actionable insight.

Toll is on a transformation journey, with a focus on simplified, efficient and insightful reporting. The Finance Associate will actively pursue improvements and automation of our current reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) process, delivering greater insights to the Toll Global Leadership Team (“GLT”).

Every Finance team member has a role to play in our Transformation journey, ensuring a standard of excellence with respect to integrity of data, timeliness of reporting, efficiency of procedures, teamwork, thought leadership and a collaborative service orientated approach.
- Standardise, streamline and transform key financial reports. Help investigate and support ad-hoc business queries from management and Japan Post
- Deliver reporting efficiency and automation within Group Finance and be a Transformation Champion
- Produce monthly Group level management reports intended for a Group executive level audience
- Develop and manage advanced reporting models for use by reporting managers including standard KPI and metric calculations
- Support the Group level end to end planning processes including budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial and KPI projections
- Review and assess FP&A processes and assist in developing standardised, automated, and integrated forecasting and budgeting processes and methodology that will leverage CPM and ERP functionality, with a focus on forecasting accuracy, shortened cycle times, and continuous improvement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Open to Graduates without working experience
- FP&A and / or business partnering experience in a large corporate environment - ERP experience looked on favourably
- Ability to critically assess financial information and contextualise insights
