Founded by Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, Trustana is based in Singapore with a hub in China.

A Finance Associate (Financial Planning & Analysis) will be responsible for supporting business partners with reporting, decision support and financial outlook.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Foster a robust business partnering relationship with business stakeholders
- Collaborate with groups outside of Finance to understand business drivers and implications
- Provide in-depth analysis and explanation of financial results by synthesizing data to identify key business drivers. Generate insightful outputs and communicate effectively to decision makers
- Support periodic budgeting and forecasting process
- Reporting and reconciliation of management accounts during month-end close, in accordance with local accounting standards and group reporting requirements
- Monitor and analyse business and financial performance, providing insights to variances. Prepare and present results to management as appropriate. Understand root causes of variances, work proactively to institutionalize improvements and remedy unfavourable performance
- Seek opportunities to improve the analysis of monthly financial and operational results
- Provide commercial support & profitability assessments in the implementation of new initiatives.
- Continuously identifying improvements in processes, internal controls and policies/ procedures to enhance efficiency and facilitate accurate and timely reporting
- Support the implementation of ERP system
- University degree in Accounting/Finance or in relevant discipline. Preferably with professional certification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW)
- 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably with initial working experience from Big 4
- Sound financial understanding, preferably in FMCG, eCommerce or start-up/ MNC environment
- Experience with inventory accounting preferred
- ERP systems experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of MS office
