**What You’ll Do**:
- Develop and maintain an inventory of existing and new compliance obligations for the Group
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance on relevant statutory, regulatory and licence obligations
- Prepare and conduct training to internal stakeholders on relevant statutory obligations
- Project manage annual ISO 37001 recertification and ensure that all milestones and ISO requirements are achieved in a timely manner
- Conduct ongoing compliance review and assessments
- Work with internal stakeholders and external auditors to draw up internal and external compliance audit plans
- Perform sample process review, and carry out root cause analysis and trending
- Track and follow-up with internal stakeholders to ensure that any gaps raised post-audit are remediated
- Assist in the preparation of updates/reports to Management on instances of non-compliance
- Provide inputs for annual compliance program/plan
- Prepare compliance awareness and training materials
**What You’ll Need**:
- Degree in Engineering and/or Accountancy with at least 5 to 15 years of experience preferably in audit or compliance
- Highly analytical with attention to details
- A good team player, hands-on and able to work independently
- A strong communicator with people engagement skills
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Knowledge / Experience in ISO 37001 standards will be advantageous
