Inventory & Operations Executive

Singapore HOUSE OF 28 PTE. LTD. Full time

Ensuring efficient and effective stock management to ensure stock accuracy
- Ensure accurate and complete order fulfilment across our various e-commerce sales platforms and flagship store
- Make booking arrangements courier and shipping companies for the import and export of stocks, as well as shipping for online orders
- Replying to internal departments on stock inquiries
- Performing stock-takes and quality checks on new stock arrival
- Assisting in data analysis of Stock Aging reports, and working with the merchandising team on movement strategies for older stocks
- Works closely with ecommerce, warehouse and retail teams in day-to-day work
- Prepare inventory reports management for review
- Assist the Inventory Manager to keep close monitoring of both inventory levels and sales volume ensuring inventory level are manage effectively
- Any other duties assigned by immediate reporting officer or Head of Department.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience
- Experience in fashion/retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage
- Excellent English skills required
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional time management skills
- Advance working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Meticulous in checking data
