We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Vice President, CMB Business Finance.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- All aspects of Business Finance deliverables including but not limited to reporting, data checking, forecasting, financial resource planning (FRP) and strategic analysis
- Understand the strategy, participate in target setting and influence / challenge across the business to ensure effective performance versus target
- Innovation: Be an innovation ambassador, savvy with technology, learn quickly, experiment with curiosity, identify and drive process/MI improvements leveraging digital tools including but not limited Python, Tableau, Qliksense, SQL, Google Cloud etc.
- Coaching: Overseeing and providing support to Global Finance Operations Centre (GFOC) team
- Team support: Line manager/peers support involving the wider scope of CMB Business Finance
- Ad-hoc support: Provide support to different stakeholders (BMs/ RMs/ BDMs/ internal Finance stakeholders/ Regional stakeholders) in financials related matters
- Analysis: provide business analytics such as trends, variance analysis, and financial modelling to aid/participate in Business decision making and challenge the Business to bridge gaps to targets
- Focus on value-added and continually assess the current deliverables to Stop non-value adding activities and Simplify constantly

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting
- A post Graduate degree in Finance (ACCA, CPA, CA, MBA and etc.) would be a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Partnering/FP&A position
- Flexible and adaptable being able to handle and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of automation, database management and coding tools like Python, R, Power BI, SQL etc. Data Science background would be a notable plus
- Strong skills in data visualization tools like Qliksense, Tableau etc.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Excellent MS office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
