Export Sales Manager

Construct and manage the export sales pipeline and provide accurate and timely reports.
- Build, develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with our regional and global accounts to ensure sales target achievement and company revenue growth.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
- Support contract negotiations and manage the international client onboarding process.
- Consult and liaise appropriate marketing and promotional programs between export clients, and internal marketing and operation teams.
- Provide professional and timely relationship-building outreach to international customers and distribution partners.
- Enhance export market knowledge to maximise business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and acquire new global customers.
- Ensure sales campaigns are ROI-driven, learning-focused, and aligned with our global brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement export sales processes and policies in collaboration with the business.
- Responsible for international customer due diligence and regular performance reviews.
- Provide regular inventory, off take, and forecasting analysis on a by-market/channel/customer basis.
- Co-lead with the Founder and/or Department Heads on managing third-party merchandising and logistics agency partners across export territories.
Skills Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales track record, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in Modern Trade Key Accounts, HORECA, and Travel Retail is an advantage.
- Proven ability to negotiate, secure, and grow new business partnerships with a strong focus on value-based selling.
- Demonstrated skill in developing and delivering compelling sales presentations—both independently and collaboratively.
- Initiative-driven, capable of working independently while also thriving in a team-based environment.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented—a proactive self-starter with a positive, action-driven mindset.
- Inquisitive about international and regional food trends; aligned with cosmopolitan and aspirational lifestyles.
- Experience in SAP is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Willing and able to travel; the role is 80% field-based.
- Prior experience in export markets is a strong plus.
- Must have current work authorisation in Singapore; sponsorship is not available for this role.
Pay: $3,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
