**Role Description**

The Business Manager will be responsible for supporting the International Wealth Management product desks including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Funds, CIO & DPM, Nomura Trust, and One Bank Solutions, and drive new business and operational initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams in enhancing our product offerings and driving business growth to deliver high-quality, client-centric solutions and enhance our competitive position in the market.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies across all wealth management desks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements, ensuring competitive positioning and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, trading, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless product delivery and integration across all business lines.
- Work closely with relationship managers and clients to understand their needs and preferences, leveraging insights to tailor product offerings and improve client satisfaction.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and profitability, implementing necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Ensure that all product offerings adhere to local and international regulations, managing risk effectively while meeting client needs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum 10 years' experience in product management within International Wealth Management or Global Markets.
- Experience in financial products, including equities, fixed income, FX, funds, CIO & DPM and trust services.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks pertinent to wealth management in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region
- Advanced numeracy skills and experience in developing macros, proficiency in computer programming (e.g. python) to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Experience in developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong understanding of market dynamics and client requirements.
- Experience in liaising with control functions, auditors, regulators and senior management in representing the business
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
