Change Learning and Enablement Lead

**Introduction**
The Change Learning and Enablement Lead is a critical role in the Change team that focuses on learning and enablement for stakeholders impacted by a change. The role works heavily with GlobalFoundries Learning and enablement team to align with the company's learning strategy and practice. This role is equally connected to the Business unit and stakeholders to measure learning effectiveness and adoption and take the right steps to ensure a successful change
**Your Role**
Expected activities in this role include the following the following:
- Work with Change models and frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Project/Program Management.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Boost motivation, morale, and company productivity.
- To Collaborate company wide, boosting program productivity.
- Develop and/or evolve training strategies based on program/project needs
- Drive creation of training models and courses.
- Create learning journeys using standard L&OD platform and/or Platform resources.
- Obtain quality feedback from participants and stakeholders.
- Analyze the current state of the organization and the diverse levels of stakeholders.
- Implementing the L&D Strategy and socializing it across business and Talent leadership.
- Capture and measure adoption pre, present and Post project.
- Utilize the GF platforms to get the greatest reach in learning.
**Required Qualifications**
- Min 8 years of experience in Change Management
- At least 2 examples of large-scale Change management (ERP, CRM, CRM Etc.)
- At least 2 years working with Learning and Development systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint skills are a plus)
