Motion Graphics Designer

MOI Global, Singapore seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to add to our diverse mix of talent, and be part of our next leap of growth — which require moving visuals in every sense of the word.
Being an integral part of the creative team, your canvas is the computer screen and your work will be on everything, from handheld electronic devices, to smartphones, television, and the web. You will create motion graphics used in multimedia campaigns, informational materials, explainer videos and more.
You will participate in creating conceptual designs, developing storyboards, collaborating with different teams, editing, and then implementing your best work to bring a creative vision to life in motion. What's more, you can also expect to showcase your expertise at live-action videography shoots and post-production editing.
What you'll do:

- **Collaborate **| Work with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters and other creative team members to develop engaging and complex motion graphics for a diverse array of projects.
- **Generate **| Create new, as well as repurpose visual content for digital marketing ad campaigns. Design and produce final motion graphics involving typography, photography, live video and/or 3D animation in various media including web, mobile etc.
- **Safeguard **| Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, deadlines and agency design standards. Quality control of all assets. Ensure compliance with publisher specifications of various media types including TV commercials, socials and online videos.
- **Inspire** | Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics. Contribute to organisational learnings and process improvement. Explore new design ideas, stay on top of new channels and digital social trends. Continuously push the creative boundaries and love to test new ad formats with a focus on performance.

What you'll need:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a design or video role, within an agency environment.

B2B experience is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of graphic design, styles, layout techniques and animation
- Expert in animation and motion graphics, including 2D animation. 3D animation is a plus.
- Knowledge of video marketing strategies, tactics and best practices for business, including video-based storytelling.
- Extreme attention to visual detail.
- Experience in executing marketing projects from conception to production.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid organisational skills and strict adherence to deadlines.
