We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer that has a passion for telling engaging stories through dynamic visuals. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with our designers, aiding with the creation of assets for the marketing team. As creativity is key, you will bring your designs to life, delivering high quality and innovative motion graphic content that seamlessly integrates into campaigns.

As an expert in your field, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, trends and happenings in and around our industry. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views effectively and creatively.

Ultimately, will deliver excellent aesthetic judgment and demonstrate an impeccable team spirit towards completing the finishing touches of all assignments. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to final amendments. Last, but certainly not least, a love for music, nightlife, hospitality, F&B and entertainment is advantageous - these are the things we live and breathe on a daily basis.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Things You’ll Own _
- Able to visualize projects end to end
- Craft assignment briefs according to requirements
- Select appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the assignment
- Encode, convert and edit videos, add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
- Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques
- Ability to work independently without supervision

- Collaborate with the design team on a consistent basis
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate engaging content on a consistent basis
- Be able to seamlessly move cross-functionally across many groups in the company to keep key stakeholders updated
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences along with the marketing team
- You will feel right at home if you have a positive attitude, a great sense of humour and a can-do attitude

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in Film Sound or relevant qualifications within the Graphic Design or Motion Graphics discipline with more than 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles
- Good knowledge of the post-production process from concept development to screen and strong fundamentals of video shooting and sound mixing
- Good computer literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Double Master's degree in Work Life Balance and Having Fun
