Media Activation Executive

As a Media Activation EXecutive, you will support on all paid media activity across the product categories & ecommerce for SEA markets.
- You will support across both traditional and digital marketing activities and act as an essential connector between different departments, taking the project lead for dedicated campaigns. Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Campaign set up - a) Lead the collection of creative specs from the media agency for all confirmed media plans b) Manage the creative briefing process, ensure assets are delivered on time and to spec c) Manage the ad copy matrix for all campaigns, ensuring the copy has been checked by the local market leads and is ready on time.
- Campaign delivery and optimisation - a) Work with our media agency to upload all assets and respond an any asset change requirements post campaign go live. b) Reconcile and manage all relevant Purchase Orders and ensure invoices are paid in a timely fashion
- Post campaign reporting - a) Collect learnings from the relevant stakeholders and summarise in post campaign reports
- You will be passionate about digital, always looking to learn the most cutting-edge methodologies in digital marketing and eCommerce.
- You are able to build strong and effective relationships with internal and external business partners, be well organised with proficient time management skills and have the ability to prioritise and multi-task with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Previous skills & experience**:
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing role, client side or agency
- Solid knowledge of digital and paid media marketing channels, tactics, and their roles
- Fastidious in organisation and have an eye for detail.
- Proven ability to project manage and drive projects from conception through implementation and to analyse post-campaign results
- Act discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Advanced Microsoft suite
- Experience with Google Analytics not required but advantageous
