We are looking for a data analyst to work on collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets to discover useful information, suggest conclusions, and support decision-making. This role provides insights to fuel business growth and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities- Data Exploration and Analysis: Leverage statistical tools and techniques to thoroughly explore and analyze datasets, identify key patterns, relationships, and trends that drive business growth and improve user experience.- Data Cleaning and Preparation: Ensure data quality and relevance by filtering data, handling missing values, and meticulously preparing datasets for analysis.- Data Visualization: Develop compelling visual representations of data insights, including charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards, to effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences.- Reporting and Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly articulate data insights and findings to stakeholders, influencing data-driven decision-making processes.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to understand their data requirements and provide actionable insights that empower informed decision-making across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS- Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the Tech (e-commerce search/ads/AI is preferred) industry with demonstration of increasing levels of responsibilities.- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.- Expert proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages, including Python and SQL.- Proven ability to lead data exploration, analysis, and visualization efforts, with a strong track record of extracting actionable insights from large and complex datasets.- Experience with data cleaning and preparation techniques and familiarity with database management systems. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts is a plus.- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within team.- Highly effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly to diverse audiences, contributing to a data-driven environment within the organization.
