- **Salesforce Ecosystem Management**:Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom development solutions, and guide teams in integrating these solutions into business processes.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership, communicating project updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

- **Financial Oversight**:Manage project budgets, financials, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Should have led multi-year programs (ideally Salesforce or digital transformation) across multiple stakeholders and teams, of 10m+ USD.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Leadership: Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Architect)
- Experience with data analytics, AI, and automation tools within Salesforce.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with multiple cultures and countries, especially in ASEAN region.
- Strong Client facing experience and executive presence a plus

**Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in Salesforce configuration and customizations.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, SaaS, and digital tools.Project Management: Solid experience with program and project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
