The Head of Communications & PR will be a key leader within the organization. This role leads the global communications team, and partners, closely with corporate leaders to build our brands and an integrated communications strategy for the brand. Extensive experience required in leading public/media relations, corporate and brand reputation management, crisis communications, and managing across a diverse and geographically dispersed team. This position will be a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and will work cross-functionally to support business leaders to deliver results. Success will require a passion for the work, out-of-the-box thinking, an eye for detail, an ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence, and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with company executives, key internal stakeholders across a broad matrixed organization, community partners, and agency consultants to maintain and strengthen Bondee’s brand and reputation through increased visibility, reinforce the company’s values, and foster positive community impact.
- Identify challenges and emerging issues facing the organization. Work with leadership team and staff to recognize internal and external communications activities and solutions, and define and execute appropriate strategies to support.
- Serve as trusted advisor and communication counselor to the Bondee leadership team.
- Translate company strategic priorities, business objectives, and functional area initiatives into communication strategies - and leverage the ability to communicate and sell to the business at large.
- Oversee integrated, proactive PR campaigns for the brand including press relations and releases tied to product launches, corporate partnerships, social impact programs or, crisis communications plans as needed, press event management, and brand/market leaders’ speaking engagements.

**Requirements**:

- 10 to 15+ years relevant of relevant professional experience in marketing or related functions, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
- Crisis communication experience is must
- APAC experience is must
