WMI provides a comprehensive suite of practice-based certification and diploma programmes, and collaborates with leading universities for Masters qualifications. With over 18,000 annual enrolments, WMI provides training in asset management, wealth management, family office, compliance and risk management across more than 100 programmes.

Job Description

**Responsibilities**:
**1. On-line Family Office journal for practitioners**:
a) Co-creates the content with global thought leaders,
b) Oversees the submission and publication process, and works closely with the marketing team

**2. Family Office Quantitative and Qualitative Research**

a) In cooperation the external stakeholders, contributes to the qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
b) Contributes to the content of the reports,
c) Visualizes the data in digital format, in e.g. interactive models, interactive tools, maps, diagrams, user-friendly web pages, in a collaboration with the service providers.

**3. Family Office Awards**

b) Writes Harvard Business School-style
- as well as Sage-style case studies.
c) Contributes to the marketing efforts around awards.

**4. Contribution to Family Office Array of Publications, Events and Educational Offering**:
a) Contributes to the industry articles for key journals and magazines in the space of family business and family office.
b) Co-creates practical tools for family offices, and the innovative didactical materials.
c) Contributes to the content for the webinars and face-to-face events.

Qualifications
- ** Education Qualifications**:PhD or Doctoral degree such as DBA from a recognized university in the field of management, entrepreneurship, family business, sociology, psychology, finance, banking or related. Publication track record, experience with the academic review and publication processes. Knowledge on issues related to family offices and Adult Learning will be viewed favorably.
- ** Experience**: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience and/or experience in driving projects as part of the PhD. Experience in the Adult Learning space and/or in the Finance Sector and/or public sector will be viewed favorably.
- ** Language**:excellent written and spoken English.
- ** Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Intellectual curiosity with the willingness to work across disciplines. Fast-learner and comfortable in an ambiguous ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and conceptual abilities. Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research and using tools such as SPSS, InVivo or related.
- Interest in data visualization and digital presentation of the research, in e.g. interactive models, interactive tools, maps, diagrams, user-friendly web pages. Experience working with data visualization providers be viewed as a plus but is not a prerequisite.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. English proficiency is a must, incl. publication track record in English. Experience working with academic research data bases such as EBSCO, JSTORE, Google Scholar.
- Experience in developing didactical materials for face-to-face / on-line / and hybrid classes, such as case studies, videos, podcasts, presentations, etc. Experience in Adult Learning teaching / on the executive education level will be viewed favorably.
- A self-starter who is able to work independently, with exceptional collaboration and project management skills. Track record of successfully handling demanding projects under a tight timeframe.
- Strong ability to engage people at all levels, and good planning and organization skills. Financial acumen. Ability to manage various external and internal stakeholders.
