We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Controller to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with traders, compliance, and technology teams to ensure robust financial controls for Options and Structured Products. Your insights and expertise will play a key role in driving accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across P&L reporting, trade lifecycle management, and independent valuation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate trade validation and lifecycle management for options and structured products.
- Own the daily P&L reporting process, ensuring accuracy and insightful attribution.
- Design and implement independent valuation frameworks for complex products like TRS.
- Provide timely, high-quality reporting to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Partner with trading, compliance, and technology teams to optimise workflows through automation and process enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Product Control, Middle Office, or Trade Support, with exposure to derivatives or structured products.
- Strong understanding of **options pricing, valuation models, and trade lifecycle management.**

**Proven Track Record Of**:

- Implementing robust operational controls for options and structured products.
- Supporting vanilla/exotic options trading desks or structuring desks.Resolving trade and valuation discrepancies.
