Sales Recruiter

Stag Match, a provider of diverse adult and children's education programs, is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on sourcing and screening top talent for various positions within our training and placement programs, with a strong emphasis on sales roles.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, with a focus on sales positions.
- Determine hiring requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and software to streamline the hiring process.
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Track hiring and recruiting progress, maintaining accurate records.
- **Placement & Training Support**:
**Key Requirements**:

- **Recruitment Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales recruitment.
- Experience working through the full recruitment cycle.
- **Education & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in social media recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
