Stag Match hosts a wide range of Adult Courses and Certification ( Qualification ,and certification including SSG Courses for both companies and individuals).

Stag Match is looking for an independent and team player Sales Consultant/ associate to join our sales and recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting qualified prospective learners for training and placement at the institution.
This role requires a passionate and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for assigned target markets.
- Represent the institution to conduct at recruitment events, including fairs, information sessions, and campus tours etc
- Answer inquiries from prospective learners regarding admissions requirements, financial aid, and other relevant topics.
- Manage and track recruitment activities and data using CRM or other database systems.
- Prepare reports on recruitment activities and enrollment trends.
- Assist with the development of recruitment materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current on best practices in student recruitment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, admissions, or related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM or other database systems.
- Experience with social media and other digital marketing tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
