To fulfil our goals, we're always on the lookout for dedicated and passionate individuals to join us in our journey of building the next "Sephora" for Men Having dominated the Singapore online retail scene as the largest Mens Grooming online retailer in terms of product offerings and sales revenue, we are now currently expanding our reach in the direction of local boutique stores as well as overseas online marketplaces in South East Asia. Your main **responsibilities will be**: - Product Listings management on all channels, include the content, product Main photos and product copywritings. Make sure the product listing quality is consistent across all channels Liaise with managers to run promotions and campaigns across channels - Take charge of signing company up for marketplaces campaigns. Strictly follow company discount and pricing guideline - Create and Manage sponsored ads in marketplaces and maintain healthy ROIs across all ads activities - Maintain healthy stock level and update product description among all online channels - Prepare promotional and marketing materials for product launch newsletters - Analytical Reporting to managers, including keywords search, competitors landscape, list rankings etc - Inventory management for in house and across all sales channels - Prepare packing list daily to ensure smooth delivery - Ad-hoc projects assigned by manager **Qualifications**: - Diploma Holder/Poly Graduates/University Undergraduates - At least 2 years working experience with ecommerce company - Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure - Good Communication skills - Must be proficient in MS office e.g. Word, Excel & Powerpoint - Proficient on Photoshop and Illustrator will be a plus Familiar and willing to learn E-commerce marketplace operation and multichannel ecommerce management software
