**Programme Executive (Active Ageing Centre)**

This Programme Executive position is to support seniors to adopt an active lifestyle and pre-empt social isolation. The nature of the job also requires to refer clients to appropriate community care and social assistance when necessary. With Age Well SG initiatives, you shall work with primary care physicians (e.g. family doctor) to empower residents to chart their own journey towards healthy and active lifestyles.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Recruitment of Members
- Plan and implement programmes and Activities
- Monitor and support seniors to age well in the community
- Engage with Community for collaboration and partnership
- Recruit and support Volunteers
- Administrative and Logistical Support
- Any other responsibilities as assigned

**Pre-requisites**:

- Passionate about working with seniors and volunteers.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good organising and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Related qualification in working with the elderly or in the social service sector, would be an advantage.
