Assistant Manager/manager, Product Support

**Job Responsibilities:
Product Maintenance
- Responsible for timely re-lodgement of Prospectus and Product Highlight Sheet (PHS) for regulatory filing with the Authority.
- Responsible for product enhancements to support business initiatives and/or comply with regulatory changes. This will include amendment of Trust Deed, preparation of notice and its timely dispatch to unitholders.
- Responsible for complying with local filing and reporting requirements for funds, including the preparation of monthly fund factsheets, Semi-Annual/Annual reports and translated prospectus.
- Responsible for distribution payout of funds, ensure accuracy of information (i.e., distribution per unit) and periodic payouts are executed in a timely manner.
- Preparation of materials for periodic meetings with Product Committee on product matters.
- Maintain product-related information and its availability to the firm.
- Requires working closely with the relevant functional units such as Legal, Compliance and Operations as well as external legal counsels and Trustee.
Product Development
- Responsible for setup of new products (Authorised and/or Restricted scheme), making sure the product features are accurately set out in the offering docs and timely registered with the Authority to support Sales’ launch.
- To co-ordinate with relevant teams to ensure operational matters of the new product are addressed and ready for launch. Requires liaising with relevant function units such as Dealing team, Operations and Compliance.
Support for the Business Management
- Assists with product-related requests, clients’ onboarding/requests, and fund servicing matters from internal and/or external stakeholders.
- To provide support for fund setup to our external vendors to ensure that the latest fund documents/information are being reflected
- To prepare monthly, quarterly and adhoc reporting on fund performance for clients
- Work on ad-hoc projects or any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Assists with payment/settlement of invoices from service vendors.
**Pre-Requisites**:
- Diploma in Law or Degree, preferably in Business, Finance & Accountancy
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the financial industry (in product, para-legal or compliance role would be advantageous)
- Good understanding of unit trusts / ETFs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Project management skills
- Meticulous and diligent individual with positive attitude
- Self-motivated
- Team player
