Job Scope:

- Prepare project models and construction documents using BIM software.
- Establish project workflows throughout all project phases.
- BIM project set-up and continued project administration.
- Site co-ordination works.
- Prepares and update Revit Model (Co-ordination drawings).
- Prepares 2D and 3D shopdrawings and as-built drawings.
- Liaise with Project Document Controller for accurate data transfer.
- Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues, production of drawings and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved. Ensure that the detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met.
- For quality management, the coordinator is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.
- Supervise site works according to the quality and EHS requirements.
- Handle all inspections and handing over process with the final objective of achieving customer satisfaction and high Conquas/QM score.
- Work with various project stakeholders to create 4D models
- Liaise with project document controller for accurate data transfer
- Guide and lead junior staff
- Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Architectural Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry or BIM certificate
- Minimum 3 years working experience in BIM.
- Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCad and MS Office.
- Able to read and interpret drawings.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive working attitude and a good team player
- Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion of project will be an advantage.
- Must be able to work under pressure in fast-paced community with minimum supervision, meeting project deadlines
- Self-driven and have an eye for detail
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
