BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating BIM technology and processes for construction and design projects. He/She ensures the accuracy and consistency of the project models and their data.

He/She will oversee the model creation, development and integration throughout the project life-cycle.

**Job Scope**
- Implementing BIM technology strategies and plans for specific projects
- Monitoring the use of BIM tools and software by the project team
- Providing technical support and training to the project team on BIM software and tools
- Developing and maintaining project BIM models and associated data
- Ensuring that the project BIM model adheres to all internal and external BIM standards and project requirements
- Coordinating the integration of BIM technology with other building technologies such as project management and scheduling software
- Conducting regular quality control checks of the BIM model and its data
- Collaborating with project teams to troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues
- Documenting, tracking, and communicating BIM issues, changes, and updates
- Monitor the project’s BIM workflow and make suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in coordination meetings
- Produce, organize and manage BIM templates and project specific content
