**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Event Producer will report directly into the Event Services Operations Manager.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create new client bids and execute client RFP’s to ensure the success in retaining future business
- Actively lead and contribute to the conceptual, creative and strategic development of programs
- Maintain complete ownership of assigned accounts ensuring client satisfaction
- Responsible for leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of multiple key events
- Manage, prioritize and oversee events from creative concept and development through initial briefing to reconciliation including but not limited to budget management, site selection, presentation development, video design & development, branding and graphic design, interactive/experiential technology, scenic/set design, décor design, staffing, etc.
- Scope and budget production deliverables for digital events, business meetings, product launches and experiential events
- Manage events with live show/programming and technical elements with limited supervision (i.e. awards shows, panels and summits requiring show/script development, tech teams and stage/show management)
- Act as the client’s primary point of contact during the planning and execution of live events
- Responsible for fiscal success of the program including accurate and timely budgeting and reconciliation of events
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Negotiate and review supplier contracts and addendums for accuracy
- Maximize and monitor opportunities for increasing value adds, savings, and cost efficiencies
- Actively generate business from current and past clients
- Be proactive with ideas and creative solutions
- Support the execution of company-sponsored initiatives as it relates to Sales and Marketing including but not limited to award submissions, conference sponsorships, public speaking

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 6 - 8+ years’ live and digital event production experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Bachelor/Graduate Degree required
- Advanced project management skills including budget creation, management and reconciliation
- Experience with business meetings, product launches and experiential events
- Exceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients, vendors and suppliers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced negotiating, risk management and contracting skills
- Good/advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good/advanced working knowledge of audio visual systems as it relates to live events
- Creative problem solver, resourceful, team player
- Calm and flexible approach to handling the pressure and stress of ever changing demands
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Ambitious and proactive
- Willing to travel when required
- Ability to work across time-zones and with global event teams in EMEA and US
- Advanced working knowledge of key APAC destinations including venues and suppliers
- Global event delivery experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
- Familiarity with Salesforce and project collaboration tools (e.g. Slack)
- Experience working with technical vendors, fabricators, specialists and artists
