The Event Producer will work closely with the sales, production and creative teams to ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in production, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with Client Services team to deliver excellent client services with very high standards. Leading the creation of, or being instrumental in the creation of, winning pitches including presenting ideas to clients. Producing schedules and itineraries required for project management and event delivery. Working alongside the Directors to develop, implement and evaluate strategic vision. Lead and manage the production / execution of events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Work with internal teams (design, production, sales) and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Support the development of creative concepts and proposals in response to client briefs. Provide input and feedback to ensure creative solutions are feasible and aligned with project goals. Oversee the creative development process, ensuring alignment with project goals and client vision. Requirements Diploma or bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in experiential, brand marketing, creative communications or events experience (B2B). Strong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale projects from concept to completion. Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Excellent written, presentation and communication skills with a can-do attitude.
