- Conceptualize, design and implement enterprise wide system architectures for ECM deployments, lead architecture sizing and scaling activities, as well as install and configure the solution.
- Understands Customer requirements and advises Customer on solution options.
- Applies expertise and mentoring to Customer during the installation and configuration of the software. Applies expert business skills and consulting methodologies to collect and analyze data.
- Displays a broad knowledge of all service offerings within Open Text, working with other team members to grow and extend knowledge as the product offering extends in features and settings.
- Has acted as a team lead on multiple projects longer than 6 months
- Is capable of working alone on a project or as part of a partner blended team as demonstrated by doing so on a project for at least one month
- Ensure the appropriate level of quality is applied throughout the project.
- Demonstrates strong customer facing skills by building and maintaining positive customer relationships and translating them into long term benefits for the company
- Identifies potential future project opportunities while working on projects and presents those opportunities to client managers.
- Consultant must be willing travel within the APAC region

**Qualification**
- Excellent knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts and infrastructure project delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to efficiently communicate on various project stakeholder disciplines.
- Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills including the ability to break down complex issues.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, manage own work activities, meet deadlines and develop project status and time reporting
- Working experience on Java Scripts, Web Services, SOAP, HTML5, XML, etc. is highly desirable.
- Hands on experience working on Operating Systems, Web Servers and Application servers is required.
- Understanding on RDBMS technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc. is required
- Working experience with directory services such as Microsoft Active Directory is advantageous.
