My client is a global leader in the maritime sector with presence in over 10 countries. Their business has expanded over the years, and they are now providing various integrated marine services worldwide. With their commitment and dedication to deliver the best services, they are looking for a passionate individual to join as a Senior Fleet Manager Located in the West.

**Your new role**
- Lead a team of managers and overseeing the vessel fleet operations within the local port
- Responsible for the safety and efficiency of the vessel fleet operations
- Review operations expenses to ensure that the vessel fleet is operated within budget
- Ensure that the fleet operations are in compliance with the maritime regulations
- Implement policies to improve the overall operations and ensure it meets the required performance targets and service levels
- Work closely with key stakeholders on local and overseas projects, and acquisition or disposal of marine assets
- Evaluate incidents and make preventive measure when necessary, and drive programs for process improvement to create new initiatives and innovations

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a relevant position
- Must have at least 5 years of people management
- Must have experience in handling at least 2 of the following - containers, tugs, water boat, pilot launch boat
- Strong leadership and communication skills
