**Job Description**:
As an Executive (Software) in Personalized Medicine Service, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of new / modified software products from research and design, to implementation, training, support, maintenance of software for holding all the clinical and genetic data generated by the studies as well as the management of large datasets. This includes:
- Develop of information systems by designing, developing and installing software solutions
Determine the operational feasibility by evaluating the analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
Document and demonstrate solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, developing policies and procedures and recommending changes in existing policies and procedures
Obtain software and licenses from vendors; recommending purchases; testing and approving products
Update job knowledge by studying the state-of-art developments, programming techniques, and computing equipment, participating in educational opportunities, etc
Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing trends in the Hospital, when needed
Development software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, etc

Requirement
Degree in computer science or bioengineering
Proficient in languages such as Python, mySQL
Possess knowledge in Software Development Fundamentals, Software Development Process and Software Requirements
Experience with REST APIs, JSON structures will be advantageous
