**Account Manager - China**

Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our China team.

**Overview**

The Account Manager will spearhead the development and execution of Pixi’s brand strategy in China. You will lead, direct & manage all aspects of business growth, through a deep understanding of local marketing, e-commerce and social media across all channels in China, focusing on awareness, loyalty and sustainable growth.

The right person for this role needs to have exceptional entrepreneurial drive, strong business acumen, be self-motivated and have a deep understanding of the market and how to connect that to the China customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day relationship with TP & PR partners, ensuring all KPI’s are met, and building a strong long-term partnership with all 3rd parties.
- Play a key role in defining and executing local brand strategy, including annual revenue plan, pricing strategy, marketing & PR plan, all in-line with profitability targets.
- Play a key role in the execution of social media content and digital campaigns to attract, engage and grow the Pixi audience in China across all digital platforms (including but not limited to social networks, websites etc)
- Planning, budgeting, monitoring, collecting & analyzing data to inform decisions or refine planning to achieve objectives.
- Manage, track, and report on performance for all e-commerce and social channels in China.
- Identify business opportunities to grow the brand in the market.
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships internally to support wider business.
- All other tasks and responsibilities will be assigned by management
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of e-commerce and social media and/or related digital marketing experience in China, preferably in the Beauty category
- Fluent in Mandarin: speaking, writing, reading & understanding local nuances
- Have expertise in e-commerce & social media analytical tools
- Ability to work to in fast-paced deadline driven environment, while maintaining a positive “can-do” attitude
- A passion for the Pixi brand, it’s customers and products

**Experience**:
