In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of all administrative tasks allocated to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

I will assist to ensure that all set policies, procedures, best practices are in place and rigorously enforced.

I will perform the following relevant tasks for this role:

- Take responsibility for the daily administration required to maintain the residential division
- Organize, coordinate, and facilitate all residential operational meetings | conferences | workshop
- Maintain complete knowledge of and compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with properties through the Business Priority Matrix goal-setting process and tracks annual goals set
- Review property compliance with local real estate and residential laws/regulations, management agreements and other governing documents
- Support as in-house specialize in market-specific residential requirements
- Provide support and guidance to residential hosts in aligning and enhancing the brand guidelines
- Provide input and keep up-to-date data on all aspects of residential brand guidelines, standard operating processes, by-laws and rules & regulations
- Provides administrative support to Corporate Director of Residences in the creation of key residential initiatives that focus on product quality, tracking sales progress and service touchpoints that are aligned with the company’s strategic plan
- Streamlining of information - compile analysis | data | reports | presentations and templates with a focus on accuracy and timelines
- Maintain pre-opening and transitions documentation (i.e., critical paths, reports, templates, Six Senses programs and standards, SOPs)
- Maintain and update as required orientation/on-boarding package for hotels and the General Managers
- Provide support to the hotel champion with the on-line project management program
- Together with Corporate Director of Pre-Openings & Transitions, ensure the HO team members are correctly set up on the on-line project management program, and provide support as required
- Monitor if users of the on-line project management program are updating the system as per the guidelines provided
- Support with setting up the property specific OS&E list and maintenance of the master OS&E list, as well as the spec sheets
- Perform any additional tasks given by Corporate Director of Residences and Corporate Director of Pre-Openings and Transitions

To execute the position of Coordinator -Residential Services and Pre-Openings, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results. I possess a minimum bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business school and a minimum two years’ experience in a similar role.

I am a personally involved, visible and proactive host with excellent organizational skills. I have ability to multitask and prioritize. I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer and I have experience and I am able to work in a cross-cultural environment positively.

Technical skills include advanced MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

I call myself a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and time management skills. I can prioritize responsibilities, projects and generally promote a highly productive, professional work environment.

I have an excellent command of written and spoken English.

I possess the legal right to work in Singapore.
