The Compliance and Risk Executive coordinates the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures established by regulators for all products developed by Clarity Techworks.

This role focuses on all compliance and risk transactions and implementation of internal processes for products developed by Clarity Techworks.

This role reports to the CEO of Clarity Techworks and is based in Singapore.**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement risk and compliance policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Drive and deliver high quality risk assessments, remediations, periodic/trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence projects on a enterprise level
- Monitor and analyse regulatory changes and industry developments to assess their impact on Rapidz products
- Conduct compliance testing and monitoring activities to ensure that Rapidz operations comply with internal policies, applicable laws and regulations
- Review KYC transactions for customers and provide support as required

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a risk and compliance role
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing financial services and digital assets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadline
