**Role Description**:
The Operations Executive played a supporting role in the daily operations of the organization ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves management of docents and positive guest’s experiences.
**Role Responsibilities**:
- To assist in general operations of the Jurassic World (JW) Experience and management of docents.
- Be responsible for daily opening and closing of JW’s show and reports.
- To assist in providing Level 1 technical assistance to rectify basic faults of interactive stations.
- To assign daily duty stations to Docents.
- To assist in coordinating and facilitating VIP visits.
- Managing queue line of venue detailed attractions.
- Facilitating usage of interactives stations to guests.To provide positive visitor’s experience.
**Required Education and Experience**:
- Experience in entertainment events and exhibitions.
- An interest and aptitude to work in event planning, retail, logistics or associated management fields.
- Responsible, resilient and willing to work on rotation weekends.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be trustworthy and able to work with confidential data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
- Have experience managing people in a fast paced customer facing environment.
