**Deputy Head of Project
**Responsibilities**
- Manage project managers for the successful & effective project execution, solution design, schedule monitoring & control and meeting customer’s quality requirements
- Responsible for project budget planning and monthly report, controlling and reducing the costs of delivery, implementing cost effective program and meeting overall project turnover and profit target
- Work on multiple project assignments simultaneously for technical and contractual matters including system design, sub-con solutioning and product vendor selection
- Responsible for the approval of work-related report and procurement requisition, data submittal requirement to relevant department in an accurate and timely manner
- Supporting and working on critical contract documents and drawings, communicating & negotiating with consultants, clients, sub-cons on engineering and contractual matters
- Participating in the tender activities in technical consulting and submission preparation, maintaining good customer relationship after service for strategic business development
- Maintaining composure under pressure and consistently meeting deadlines with internal and external customers
- Work with Head of Project on the consistent & good project management system, record keeping, manpower training, high-quality talent retaining, quality assurance procedures and follow up actions timely
- Ensuring HSE compliance in accordance with all applicable & permit standards and company policies Other duties assigned by the senior management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or related field
- 10+ years of project management experience with proven track record of successful project delivery in Instrumentation Process Control System, Integrated Supervisory and Control System, Integrated Security System and other Operational Technology/IoT systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with technical & engineering knowledge in water, gas and energy, transportation, building and construction industries
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills for project contractual matters
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to supervise, train, mentor and motivate team
- PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
