**In this role you will be accountable for:
- To provide Office Management leadership and support across the SSPL site inclusive of administration and facilities.
- Participates in company administration policy definition and drawn up. Improving and refining the office management system and business processes.
- Responsible for procuring planning and administrative supplier management, such as shuttle bus, meal, security, landscape, cleaning, pest control, gifts, office supplies, etc.
- Responsible for building setup and maintenance support, management of office equipment and furnishings, desk / office allocation, office relocation lead etc
- Responsible of Bio-Metrics Facial scanner and Company Mobile Phone Management
- Support with key executives with travel management, such as air ticket, visa, car rental, housing rental, etc.
- Responsible for organizing company activities, team building, annual events
- Responsible for organizing ESG actions and events
- Support HR team with VOS actions
- Site contractor management related to facilities and property works and maintenance
- Sorting, registering and storing company documents following company policy.
- Be responsible for the annually budget of administration.
- Service coordinates with all departments.
- Support HR Singapore team and HR APAC with admin and other HR related topics
- Support LE Head with meeting minutes and to do list of Town Halls etc
- Collecting and distributing the signature doc. by GM, HR & Adm. director and Fin. director.
- Responsible / support with Sulzer World / HR Singapore page
**To succeed in this role, you will need**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management
- 5 years in relevant industry
- Microsoft Office
