Iso Management System Auditor

**Job Title: Contract ISO Management System Auditor (Third-Party Certification)**

We are inviting **qualified and experienced ISO Management System Auditors**to join our **audit pool on a contract/project basis**. As part of our third-party certification activities accredited under the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC), you will be responsible for **independently conducting audits**across various management system standards and industry sectors.

You will play a vital role in upholding the **credibility, impartiality, and technical integrity**of our certification processes while ensuring our clients meet the required standards and regulatory expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, conduct, and report on third-party certification audits (Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance, re-certification) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 and applicable IAF MD documents.
- Evaluate client management systems against one or more ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22000, etc.).
- Prepare high-quality, objective, and timely audit reports, including recording of nonconformities and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in opening and closing meetings, lead audit teams (if qualified as Lead Auditor), and ensure audits are conducted with professionalism and impartiality.
- Maintain independence and confidentiality in all audit engagements.
- Support the certification decision process by submitting complete and verified audit documentation.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Information Technology, Food Science, or related disciplines.

**Certifications**:

- Certified **Lead Auditor**in one or more of the following:

- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22000, ISO 22301 (BCM), ISO 50001
- Training in **ISO/IEC 17021-1**, **IAF MD series**, or **sector-specific schemes**is highly desirable.

**Experience**:

- Minimum **3 to 5 years of auditing experience**in third-party or second-party audits.
- Prior experience with **SAC-accredited or equivalent Certification Bodies**preferred.
- Experience in **integrated audits**(multiple ISO standards) is an advantage.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and risk-based audit methodology.
- Excellent communication, report-writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and impartiality.
- Ability to work independently, manage audit schedules, and meet tight timelines.

**Additional Information**:

- **Travel**may be required based on client location.
- Auditors must **declare conflicts of interest**and maintain **independence from consultancy activities**.
- Participation in **SAC witness audits or technical evaluations**may be required (if selected).
- Preference given to auditors listed in **SAC’s Auditor Registry**or with IRCA/Exemplar Global certification.
